Navmii GPS South Africa App Reviews

I have no idea whats wrong with the version for South Africa (I had best experiences with the GPS for New Zealand), the GPS always loses his current position and loses the destination during navigating which is a problem because you need an internet connection to set in the destination again. Sorry, this version of the GPS is NO help! But thanks for the try... Please improve because usually its really good!!!

App was not working at all on IPad. Everytime poor GPS signal and route never started.

This app is for free and serves well as a gps in Southafrica. It does not have all addresses saved but when you save your destinations in the favorities while you have internet connection, it works well.

Just Great. I bought *no ads* and now the app is really good. I really like that it searches much different sources like Google and foursquare.

Hey guys I would love to say how much I appreciate the FREEness of this app!!! Offline Nav is the way to go if you dont have a decent data plan so thanx very much, cant wait to test it properly!

Easy to use, well designed and best of all its free. An absolute must for all South Africans.

The maps of the False Bay, coast , south Africa shows that the roads are all located in the ocean. Please fix this .... It is cold living in the wet!!

Wow. It works great. The searching of addresses works better than my Garmin. The voice commands are accurate and so much better than my TomTom app. Thanks guys!!! Keep up the great work.

I have a iPhone 3GS and when ever I am connected to wifi it can find my location but when I am not it says "poor gps". Please fix this because then this app would be brilliant!!!! For now 1 star because I cant use it

Hi! Suddenly some streets are missing? Used to be a great app, but after the update it seems some of the accuracy has gone?

This would be great if it worked, the roads are correct but every time I give it an address it give "cannot find route" error, the gps is more lost then I am.

No GPS coverage...keep getting "poor GPS". Cant route in Pretoria either. Also get error about to gps carriage way.

Absolutely brilliant! Fast and no glitches. Definitely worth it!!!

I used to like and use this app a lot. In the past 6 months Ive now used Waze more and more and now deleted this from my phone. A pity, as it seemed to have good potential. Wazes continuous improvements now mean that it is far superior (and just as free...)

When I first downloaded this app my area had absolutely no data. So I got to work updating the town, including minute details such as footpaths and public areas. Lo and behold, the latest update includes everything I mapped. I look forward to more updates as I am still busy mapping other areas.

Hi..... This update that had so many changes in it was maybe a little ambitious, the address search does not work properly and I cant access addresses in my contacts list... Your app was perfect. But now it isnt working for me at all....
